Chloe Ferry is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snap. After breast augmentation surgery, Chloe decided to go on a diet. “I felt like I gained some weight after doing my boobs. So I’m going back in,” she said The sun. She stuck to lean proteins and clean carbs. “I’m like 1,300 calories a day and of course I have chicken, rice, boiled eggs, protein shakes and all that stuff.”

If you want to get in top shape like Chloe, you have to like it. The star claims she’s “addicted” to working out. “I have a gym at my house, so every time I feel down, I go downstairs to the treadmill,” she told The Sun.

Chloe, who admits to being addicted to cosmetic surgery, is open about the changes she’s made. “Yeah, I’ll admit I had liposuction and the thing is, with surgery, people think that if you get it, you just stay skinny. Isn’t that true, I literally feel like you put the weight back on faster after you have to be healthy because it just comes back to you,” she said. “Obviously my body is post-op and so very different than it was then , when I had surgery, how I look now because I literally went to the gym every day.”

Chloe once admitted it Closer that she’s seriously restricting her eating, and revealed her trick: she would focus on the end product. “I’m really, really starving on my diet so I’ll have three boiled eggs. Just three boiled eggs, yes,” she said. “Anybody out there on a diet who’s really, really struggling, I don’t have any advice for you because I know it’s tough. But just think about the next morning, when you’ve eaten well, you feel so good about yourself.”

Some people are addicted to food, but Chloe claimed she was “addicted to weight loss” in 2016. “I think when you see how much you’ve improved, you get really addicted. I lost weight, then I got addicted to it and I just want to keep going,” she said.
