Devon Windsor in a bathing suit is a ‘bombshell’ – Celebwell


Devon Windsor heats up the tropics in her swimsuit! The supermodel and swimwear designer flaunts her famous figure in one of her own designs via her latest Instagram post. “She was wearing a tiny tiny polka dot bikini,” she captioned the series of snaps. “Bombshell,” commented her account for the Devon Windsor brand. How does she keep her fit body? Devon fuels up on healthy eating. “When I’m not working, my typical day starts with a hearty breakfast. I like to make eggs, toast, bacon or a Greek yogurt smoothie,” she says women fitness. “I will most likely train after breakfast and then have lunch with friends. After lunch I run errands and get organized before my next job or travel day. I like to end my day with a cozy dinner with friends or cook for myself at home. When I’m working, I wake up and grab a smoothie and go on set and work all day. Depending on when I’m free, I either go home and order dinner or meet up with friends.”

Exercise is a big part of Devon’s life. “I’m a big fan of Pilates – I like to do it a few times a week and see my trainer. My trainer is always able to push me harder than I can. I also like to incorporate boxing for cardio as I don’t like running. I always train in the morning too. I would say I train maybe 3-5 times a week,” she told Women Fitness.


“I’ve never been good at dieting,” Devon admitted to Women Fitness. “Actually, I’m a big connoisseur and I also like to cook and bake. If I have a big job or a big show coming up, I try to increase my workouts and eat healthier in general. I don’t believe in depriving your body – all in moderation!”

Even Devon struggles to motivate herself at times. “When you can get up and put on your workout clothes, you go to the gym. The worst thing for me is just putting them on,” she told Women Fitness when asked for her top tips. “If you’re not good at pushing yourself, add a personal trainer to the mix to keep you motivated,” she added.

Since she’s training so hard, Devon makes sure she stays hydrated. “Drink plenty of water while you exercise,” she suggested to Women Fitness.

Devon has a few treatments that involve temperature. “Today I’m feeling very tight and sore, so after my workout I’m doing a cryotherapy session, which is really amazing for muscle tension, pain and recovery,” she said hollywood life about how she takes care of herself the week before a fashion show. Another day, she turns up the heat. “After my workout I go over to the infrared sauna which is amazing for sweating out all that water and toxins in your body!” she said.

Devon is a fan of Megan Roup’s dance-inspired workouts. “I’m so bad at cardio, but this class is awesome because it’s dance cardio…which means I really don’t realize how exhausted I am just jumping around!” She mixes dance cardio with light weights, leg weights and sliders that are good for your butt as well as your abs! After class I go to this place called Lymbr for a quick 30 minute stretch. It’s super important to stretch before and after your workout so you don’t injure yourself!” she revealed to Hollywood Life.

Devon also does Pvolve workouts. “I really love this workout because it’s full of small, slow movements that burn like crazy! This is the best workout to build super long and lean muscle! We use a lot of ankle weights and bands which are two keys to staying strong and lean! After my workout I get a 90 minute medical massage! This massage is not only for relaxation, because the masseuse penetrates very deeply into your muscles and stretches them at the same time. It’s almost a little painful at times, but when you exercise so much it’s a necessity!” she told Hollywood Life.

Devon tells ell all about their strength training program. “Well, I like to mix cardio with bodyweight exercises,” she said. She works out at the famous fitness mecca, The Dogpound. “I train with my girlfriend and my trainer Kirk! I love working out with friends because firstly it’s more fun, secondly it’s hard to get away from it and thirdly it’s more motivating and pushes me to try even harder! We did some bodyweight exercises, some abs, butt, legs and light arms,” ​​she added to Hollywood Life.
