Egypt’s Bibliotheca Alexandrina organizes, in collaboration with UNESCO, a conference on quality of education and information

CAIRO – November 28, 2021: The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organizing an interactive online conference on November 30th and December 1st at 11 am entitled “Leave No One Behind: Leveraging Innovation to Access Quality Education & Information”.

This conference is organized in cooperation with UNESCO as part of the Week of Regional Digital Integration of the International Telecommunication Union and UNESCO for the Arab states.

The conference will address the importance of improving the quality of education and the need to provide the right of access to information so that societies can make good decisions and improve their livelihoods and quality of life. This is done in addition to examining and researching experiences that have been gathered nationwide.

The conference will also discuss new experiences from African and Arab countries, Asia and the Pacific in the areas of education and access to information.

In addition, the conference will highlight five UNESCO projects aimed at reaching beneficiaries everywhere and helping them realize their pursuit of learning and self-development. This will be presented by a group of experts, professors, consultants and entrepreneurs.

This interactive conference is part of the Innovate Today – Live Tomorrow program, which revolves around the topic of innovation in times of crisis. It corresponds to the approach of the international community and the Egyptian state.
