Everything you need to know about Halo Infinite Forge

Halo Infinite Forge is a game changer for every gamer. This new update includes a lot of content that changes both the multiplayer and the campaign. We’re getting all the new quality of life improvements, as well as additional features that will keep long-time players coming back. Here’s everything you need to know about Halo Infinite Forge.

When is the Halo Infinite Forge release date?

Halo Infinite Forge will be released on November 8th, 2022. It was originally slated for an earlier release in September, but there have been several delays due to setbacks 343 suffered while working on this winter update.

We still can’t say for sure if the November 8 release will be delayed any further. This will also only be a beta if it releases on the scheduled date.

What is Halo Infinite Forge?

Halo Infinite Forge is a new mode that gives players creative freedom to create their own in-game maps. A new sophisticated editor allows players to create their own content and then share it with the community. We’re still not sure of the full features, but a roadmap has been leaked showing promising things.

Along with this update comes the long-awaited online campaign co-op. This will be released on the same day as the Halo Infinite Forge beta. You can team up with your friends and explore the open world of the campaign map together. There will most likely be new achievements and support for cross-platform play

Unfortunately, it appears that 343 has decided to scrap a much-loved long-running film. Split-screen multiplayer has been dropped entirely, which is a blow to those who loved this classic old-school feature. It appears that the decision to trim this content was due to 343’s priorities in developing Halo Infinite Forge.

In a statement, 343 said: “In order to improve and expedite the ongoing development of live services and to better address player feedback and quality of life updates, we have reallocated studio resources and are no longer working on local campaign split- Screen co-op.”

A new game mode will also be released alongside Forge. Covert One Flag is a game mode with turn-based gameplay and asymmetric loadouts. This winter update will also feature the Match XP beta, allowing players to level up their 30-level battle pass side-by-side.

That’s all you need to know about Halo Infinite Forge. We hope you found this article informative. We have more Halo Infinite content for you to check out.
