Field Trip Health announces the results of the Annual vote

TORONTO, Sep 24, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Field Trip Health Ltd. (TSX: FTRP; FTRP.WT; Nasdaq: FTRP) (“Excursion“), today announced the voting results of its annual and special general meeting of shareholders held on Friday, September 24, 2021. A total of 59.09% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

In a ballot vote, the following nine nominees proposed by the company were elected directors of Field Trip to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the company or until their successors are elected or appointed, the shares being represented at the meeting voting in favor of individual candidates as follows:

In addition to the election of all of the nominees listed as directors in the management information circular dated August 26, 2021, the shareholders of Field Trip approved all other resolutions submitted to the meeting. These included the appointment of Ernst & Young as auditors of the company for the coming year and the approval of the amended and updated stock compensation plan of the company.
