I’m vegan, so am I exempt from vaccination requirements?

Ethical vegans are exempt from the COVID vaccine in the UK. Would I have a case for a vegan exception in New York? The vaccine is tested on animals and I don’t use any medication – just fruits and vegetables.
Nice try, my garden eater.
It is true that anti-Vaxxers in the UK have started declaring themselves vegans to avoid potential mandatory vaccines. There is currently no vaccine mandate in the UK and there are no plans to do so, but the UK has recognized that ethical veganism could protect people from a mandate as the current vaccines have been tested on animals.
It has not yet been questioned, however, and anyway it has been some time since we were under British rule, you know.
I respect vegan choices and love animals (although I also love a nice rib eye with a bone) his next commercial.

How should you respond when a potential employer asks you about your salary expectations?
Employers in many states – including New York – are no longer allowed to ask about your pay history.
The laws are designed to prevent employers from posting job postings based on an applicant’s salary history as opposed to current competitive rates for the position. It was also built to protect women and minorities who in the past may have been underpaid compared to the labor market.
Instead, employers may ask about your pay expectations to assess whether you are on target for their budget and to determine where your current pay range might be.
The best way to respond to this is not to come up with a specific number, but rather to return it to the employer. Say that you are open to offers depending on the position.
