Wicked BOLD Vegan Kitchen, Flower Mound’s first all-vegan restaurant and the first sober bar in North Texas, is becoming a staple for vegans and non-vegans alike.

“We see this space provide an opportunity for people who live a plant-based lifestyle to introduce their non-vegan friends and family to some delicious plant-based food … Owner Deric Cahill said.

Deric and Brooklynn Cahill, the entrepreneurial couple behind the chocolate brand Wicked BOLD, have further expanded their concept, which includes several different menu areas that are sure to please an experienced vegan or a “flexible” lifestyle.

The menu features small plates, like a now famous caprese, and nosh boards with a variety of fruits, vegetables, and plant-based meats and cheeses.

The sandwiches, wraps and bowls include a popular vegan Italian sandwich, a chickpea “chick’n” salad wrap and a deconstructed BLT bowl or “TexusMexus” bowl that gives you the perfect southwest kick.

A variety of desserts are available, including fresh fruit, and always with Wicked BOLD’s in-house dark chocolate.

The carefully curated vegan menu goes perfectly with the well-stocked, alcohol-free bar with mocktails such as Whiskey Sour and the smoked Rosemary Palo, which is popular with fans.

Wicked BOLD offers a casual dining atmosphere with an infectiously good mood.

“It’s amazing to see what was once just a vision come to life for our community,” said Brooklynn. “To be able to offer our friends and neighbors an all-round healthy alternative is simply an unbelievable privilege.”

Deric and Brooklynn hinted that this is just the beginning of their growing concept and that there is some exciting news going on, so stay tuned!
