In 2016, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream collaborated with design company Pentagram to re-brand and re-launch their now iconic packaging. The colourful, minimalist design reflected the purity and quality of their ice cream and stood out against a sea of busy design and overflowing freezer aisle communication. Van Leeuwen now gives the vegan pint line the full color treatment that more closely resembles their iconic and distinctive dairy pints. Consumers can clearly identify themselves Van Leeuwens vegan pints when shopping in stores or online with a repeated vegan note on the pint’s lid and identifying the vegan oat or cashew base used in the recipe. The pints feature the brand’s familiar logo and text in white, while the dairy line comes in black.
